Welcome to the registration page of 35th Aruba International Half Marathon 2020

 

The race will be held on Sunday, March 22th, 2020

Start time: 5:30 A.M. at Joe Laveist Sport Park, San Nicolas.

Race: 21.1 KM Individual & 4-Person Relay Team, 5.25 KM 

Route: From Joe Laveist Sport Park to Alhambra Shops & Casino

 

Participation Fee: 

  • Half Marathon Individual
    • Local: AWG 35,-
    • International: $20,-
  • Corporate Relay Team
    • Fee: AWG 100,- Per  4-Person Team
  • Student Relay Team
    • Fee: AWG 80,- Per 4-Person Team

 

Registration Process for Relay Teams:

  1. The Team Captain registers the team via the "Create A Team" Portal.
  2. The Team Captain sends the Team Name & Password to his/her teammembers.
  3. Fellow Team Members register via the "Join a Team" Portal using the Team Name & Password provided by the Team Captain. Team Captain can also register his/her fellow team members via the "Join A Team" Portal after creating the team.
  4. In Pre-Registration: One team member pays the complete registration fee at IBISA or at Patrishi Sports Store for the entire team AFTER the complete 4-Person team is registered.
  5. The Team Captain can remove team members at any moment from the team.
    • Team changes can also be done at IBISA or at Patrishi Sports Store personally.

 

Early Bird Special: Participants who pays at IBISA or at Patrishi Sports Store before February 14th will receive:

Individual Runners

  • Their First Name on their Bib-Number

Relay Runners

  • Their First Name on their Bib-Number for each Team Member

 

Schedule for Cash Payments at IBISA Oranjestad & San Nicolas starting on November 13th:

Monday-Friday from 8 A.M. - 12 P.M. and 1 P.M. - 4 P.M.

Schedule for Cash/Debit Payments at Patrishi Sports Store starting on November 13th:

Tuesday-Saturday from 10 A.M. - 6:30 P.M.  Non-Stop

 

Dri-Fit Shirt/Bib-Numbers Pick Up:

Saturday March 21th from 9 A.M. - 6 P.M. at Alhambra Shops & Casino

 

IMPORTANT: Participation is guaranteed ONLY AFTER making the fee payment at IBISA Aruba or at Patrishi Sports Store.

 

Registration closes at 4 P.M. at IBISA or when Patrishi Sports Store closes at 6:30 P.M. on Friday, March 20th 2020 OR sooner if the event sells out sooner.

 

Participants of the event will receive:

  • Aruba International Half Marathon 2020 Dri-Fit Shirt
  • Aruba International Half Marathon Bib-Number with Chip
  • Aruba Half Marathon Finisher's Medal


Awards:

  • 21.1 KM Individual:
    • Top 3 Overall Male and Female Overall Winner
      • ​Cash Prizes
    • Top 3 Male and Female per Age Category: U-20, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+
  • 21.1 KM 4-Person Relay Team (Local Teams Only)***
    • Top 3 Corporate Relay Teams per Category: Male, Female, Mix (2 M & 2F)
    • Top 3 Overall Student Relay Team

***Note: Corporate and Student Relay Teams Need to bring a stamped Letter of Proof From their Company or School indicating that ALL team members are part of that company or school. Otherwise, the team will go automatically in to the open Relay category.

 

Bus Shuttle Information:

  • Finish To Start Line: There will be busses going From Alhambra Casino to the Start Line.
  • ​Relay Team Shuttle: There are busses bringing Team Participants to their Relay Point and Finish.

 

REMINDER: All participants MUST pre-register online AND pay at IBISA or at Patrishi Sports Store to become a participant of the event. Pre-registration online alone will not secure your spot.
